Realtor for thirty four years with over 1,330 transactions! I have the knowledge to guide you through the buying or selling process.
I also assist owners selling their property as a "Short Sale" because the value of their property went down and the lender didn't come through with a loan modification. I negotiate a reduced loan pay off with the lender or sometimes two lenders to complete the sale. I write the contract and help with the disclosures. I negotiate with the lender the trustee and the title company throughout the sale. I assist with the escrow and closing the transaction. I have represented Sellers and Buyers since 1976. My clients both Sellers and Buyers have saved thousands by using my services over the years.
