I have been a Realtor and a member of the Multiple Listing System (MLS) since 1976.
After becoming a licensed Realtor, I started with Marina Realty, representing clients buying and selling income, apartment and commercial properties throughout the Bay Area, San Jose, Santa Cruz and Monterey. In 1981, I focused on selling and buying homes, condos and townhomes. From 1986 through 2001, I owned and opperated three Help-U-Sell Realty franchises covering Santa Cruz County and North Monterey County. In 2002 I decided I could do a better job for my clients and myself by not being associated with a Real Estate franchise. Since 2002 I have worked on my own representing buyers and sellers. In January of this year, I decided to affiliate myself with the highest volume and most active Real Estate organization in Santa Cruz county area, "Bailey Properties" where I look foward to working with the Bailey operation increasing my business and enjoy associating with other experenced agents. During my 34 years as a Realtor I have represented clients with sales, purchases, exchanges, property management and group investments. I have personally assisted 256 clients with 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, and completed over 1,330 residential sales. I have experience with all kinds of transactions in all kinds of markets. I would be happy to share my experence with you!
